Build Your Path in Financial Education
We're looking for people who believe that understanding money shouldn't be complicated. Join a team that's working to make budget review processes more accessible across Australia.
Get in TouchWhat Actually Happens Here
Most days start with coffee and a quick sync. We're not big on formal meetings unless they're actually useful. The team works on content that helps people make sense of their finances without drowning in jargon.
You'll spend time researching budget strategies, testing different review frameworks, and figuring out how to explain complex stuff simply. Sometimes that means rewriting the same paragraph five times until it clicks. Sometimes it means debating whether a chart actually helps or just looks impressive.
We work from our Wangara office most days, though flexible arrangements happen when life demands it. The space is comfortable but not flashy.

Voices From the Team

Cassian Merriweather
Senior Content DeveloperI came from corporate training where everything felt scripted. Here, if something isn't working, we just change it. The focus is on whether learners actually understand, not whether the content looks polished enough for executives.

Thessaly Wickham
Curriculum CoordinatorMost people assume financial education is boring by default. But watch someone finally understand how to track their spending patterns and it's genuinely rewarding. That's what keeps me here.

Briseis Caldwell
Assessment SpecialistThe team doesn't pretend to have all the answers. We're constantly testing different approaches and learning what resonates with different types of learners. It's collaborative in a way that feels productive rather than performative.

Life happens. We work around it when we can. Core collaboration hours exist, but we're not tracking who arrives at exactly nine.
